r\u00e9alisant des mouvements de bras et de jambes qui permettent de faire travailler de nombreux muscles du corps. <br>\nL\u2019eau ne d\u00e9passe pas le niveau de la poitrine mais Il est recommand\u00e9 de savoir nager pour pratiquer cette activit\u00e9. <br>\nC\u2019est une activit\u00e9 accessible \u00e0 tous en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et encadr\u00e9e par des animateurs
