ludique et sportive, qui fait partie des traditions du sud de la France.\nSes r\u00e8gles sont simples, elle est donc facile \u00e0 apprendre et peut se jouer en solo ou en \u00e9quipe.<br>\nLa partie de p\u00e9tanque constitue un bon exercice physique comprenant de la coordination, du maintien et de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre corporel.<br>\nLe jeu de p\u00e9tanque sollicite les genoux lors des fl\u00e9chissements pour lancer ou ramasser les boules mais \u00e9galement les muscles abdominaux, ceux des cuisses et des bras ou encore ceux du dos. <br>\nChaque partie est une comp\u00e9tition, chaque joueur cherchant \u00e0 gagner, en utilisant des techniques de concentration, de visualisation et de m\u00e9morisation. <br>\nLa p\u00e9tanque est un sport convivial qui s\u2019appr\u00e9cie tr\u00e8s rapidement : en plus du plaisir de tirer ou de pointer et de r\u00e9ussir les parties, elle est souvent associ\u00e9e au partage et \u00e0 la
